Wow. The inmates are running the asylum. So, let me get this straight. More minorities are pissing in the streets, and because of that, they end up “interacting” with the police, and thus can’t reach their full potential? What’s the solution? Make it legal to pee in public. Again, I wish people would line up on the porches of Mayor de Blasio and all of the Council men who voted for this—and piss on their doors.
